After I came back to México and bang bang still had been unable to reopen, an opportunity to help out a small bar on the edge of Condesa came up.  I started merely by working a couple of nights each weekend, but soon I was hooked on Felina Bar's vibe, its customers, its employees, and its music.  At the time is was only a barely functioning bar station cramped in the corner of the establishment with a pretty glass case behind us to store our alcohol. 

We closed for renovations in the middle of December, reopening in February with a much bigger and centrally located bar, keeping our signature wallpaper and our down-to-earth vibe reflected in the mix of classic cocktails and signature cocktails. 

Felina Bar remains very close to my heart as a very important home in my bartending career.  Had my new opportunities not spoken so specifically to my goals and ambitions, I would still be bartending to the amazing music in the cozy atmosphere alongside a stellar staff and truly great customers.
